Hi! My name is Nathan and I just wanted to let you all know a little about myself. First of all the name "MRhugo" came from my early days on the internet. Hugo sounds similar to my last name -

I have been buying and selling on eBay since June of 1998 with over 11,500 successful trading transactions (as of 09.24.09). 

I am proud to call myself a Postcard Fanatic!  My family has been in the Antique business for over 30 years so I have basically always been surrounded by history in our home and our shop.  We were able to visit many museums and historical sites as children and I guess it rubbed off.  I have a reverence for the past and always enjoyed hearing of my parents and grandparents upbringings.  The period of time around 1910 seems to interest me the most when it comes to postcards.  I understand that many things were more difficult 100 years ago but it also seems that it was a simpler time, which I believe I would have enjoyed.  Real photo postcards are my passion as these images of "time caught standing still" really grab on to my imagination.  I buy and sell a lot of these cards on eBay, mostly historical images and town scenes.  It is an enjoyable experience to help these images make their way back home.  It is also fun to hear stories from the people I trade with of how the photo relates to them.  Feel free to tell me your story by emailing me.  I am experienced seller and knowledgeable about postcards.  If I say a card is a real photo, then you can be assured that it is.  I also set up at Antique Shows and Postcard Shows throughout the Year.  Please check my Show Schedule on my website to see if I will be set up at a Show near you.  I specialize in Nebraska cards and Real Photo topics and views (but we have everything). I would love to meet you in person so make sure to say hello if you see me at a show!

I always try to ensure that my listings are DETAILED and ACCURATE with large scans or photos so you can see the items clearly.  INSURANCE is available but always at the Buyer's discretion as to allow you a chance to save on shipping costs.  I ship all postcards in heavy cardboard mailers and have an excellent record of items arriving safely but I cannot be responsible for items that are not Insured.  I will mail your auction wins out fast and always leave feedback.  You can also expect quick payment if I bid on one of your auctions.
