Can you identify these documents or the book listed on them?
|
I am always searching for original documents or books that contain information about my ancestors' families and their locations. Sometimes, I buy items that don't have anything to do with my family. I watch for original materials that aren't being bid on. If I can afford it, I may buy an item and put a message on the genealogy boards that I can provide information from the book or document. I would hate to think that something important could end up at the dump. So, if I am bidding on something that you are interested in, feel free to contact me. I will not bid against another family historian that is willing to share the information with the rest of the genealogy community.
In addition to ebay, I scour garage sales and flea markets in my area and when I visit family across the country. You just don't ever know what will turn up. Below is a list of surnames and locations that I am currently researching. If you are a family historian as well, you know that this list could never be all-inclusive.
