Here's what you can expect from a sale or auction.

1. The item will be described accurately and any and all flaws or concerns will be addressed to a fault. Most people are pleasantly surprised that items are better than they imagined.

2. Any communication and or questions will be answered accurately and promptly.

3. Item will be shipped promptly and packaged safely as I would want to receive it. Items will be shipped with adequate packing material and items over 50.00 will be insured.

4. If at any time there is a discrepancy in description, item will gladly be accepted as a return within 7 days of receipt of item, including original postage and handling minus return shipping.
