COLLECTABLES NEAR CRAZY HOLLOW ROAD


HOWDY ! , as Minnie Pearl would say. Penny May here from a quaint little area with  a bit history. It is the smallest town in Iowa, the home of the first Hy-vee store; [for those of you who have these in your area], the home of famous Peggy Whitson, astronaut, and has a well known spot to all the rural folks nearby,called Crazy Hollow Road which has a scary history behind it.  A great place for midnight outings with the kids . Oh, did I tell you I am a mother of six, we are long time homeschools, and live a pretty simple life,and I am a correctional officer .My favorite pass time is heading off to my timeshare down in southern Missouri. I travel so some of my finds come from  these trips, but many come from right here in good old southern Iowa, where everybody knows everybody,  you always get a friendly country howdy wave when you pass through, we still like to sit on the porch on a hot summer night, and everybody helps their neighbor. { And they all know your business even though the party lines are long gone!} Favorite saying: To many people miss the silver lining because they expecting GOLD

I try to keep a variety of interesting items listed. You never know what I'll have next.My favorite things to sell are old items, collectables, antiques, nothing  too high dollar. I don't limit myself to just those kind of things , I carry a wide range from oldies, oddities, and some ordinary items such as clothes, and housewares.
