Do You Want to Buy a Ballroom or Latin Dress on eBay?

Don't get caught out being left with an expensive mistake like I did - have a look at the photos of these awful dresses we just received...

These were supposed to be tailormade to our measurements..

Here's a list of problems....

The material has holes in it,

They haven't used stretch fabrics

The fabric has permanent marker and oil on it 

There's 6 inch marks where some old sellotape had been left for ages! 

The bra cups are not dance ones - just normal bras so they don't support

The fabric used has been patchily dyed

The dresses don't fit

The lining shows on the outside

Poor Customer Service

The seller admitted that they personally don't check the dresses and that they should have been washed. but haven't been

The seller refused to look at the photographs or admit the faults

The seller also expects us to send the dresses back at our own expense!

This seller has tried to hold us to ransom by saying we can only have a refund under the following circumstances and they will only pay for the return shipping under this offer and we must follow the procedure to the letter - only in this order

1. withdraw our negative feedback 

2. Leave a neutral for the remaining outstanding transaction

3. We have to send the goods back by surface mail - 56 days estimated arrival time

4. when they receive the goods they'll refund for the costs of the dresses and outward shipping

If we don't agree to the feedback part of their demands, then they won't refund at all and will leave negative feedback - what a seller  ;-)
