The eBay DSR Star system is very strict &, unknown by many buyers, even ONE less star seriously damages a sellers Feedback score & can result in the Power Seller status being removed! Shipping costs are estimated with the eBay shipping calculator. The USPS sets shipping costs & ships in their own time (please keep this in mind, these are entirely out of the sellers control!).

I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies, my shipping rate & my shipping frequency. "When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly;" eBay, however, considers this a sub-par mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & more. I am trying to keep both our costs down. My new Lil' Gem topper hats are just that...they do not have a hat size they are a one size fits all and are meant to be worn towards the front of your head and cocked to one side, they are held on with an elastic band that you put under the back of your hair and then place the Lil' Gem topper hat in place and that's it, they are light weight and  perfect with many outfits.  If you have a color scheme just email me and I'll see what I can do. wide so they can be used for dolls,Teddy bears, young girls or adults. The inside circumference is about 18" but this hat is meant to sit on top of your head not down on your head. Please email me with any questions you might have. Thank you. It's been brought to my attention that I'm charging excess shipping charges...I can tell you that I DO NOT overcharge for shipping. I charge a small fee for the brand new large boxes that I purchase for my large brim hats as i do not ship in any old box,you will receive a brand new box, I also charge for delivery confirmation.  I ship USPS and they raised their rates earlier this year and now also charge by size, which is a drastic amount when shipping to certain zones and shipping out of the country. I always,always, supply the shipping calculator at the bottom right of the page so you can see  what the shipping charges will be...this way you know ahead of time and there are no surprises. If you would like me to ship parcel post I can do that but it will take up to 10 days to receive. Just email me with your request.

I'm an honest seller and have a 100% positive feedback rating and I have no intentions of over charging on shipping as I feel shipping is way to high as it is. Hat Sizing and How to Measure your Head Hat Sizing An average head size for a man is 58 cms in European Sizing or 7 1/8 UK sizing and 7 1/4 US sizing. The average head size for a lady is 55 cms. Probably the largest head size you will ever find, will be 64cms and the smallest 51cms. Head sizes and shapes differ from country to country with the smallest heads being in the Far Eastern countries and the largest in Germany. With regards to shape, these can be either very round or oval, with the far eastern countries having a rounder head and the western countries tending to have a more oval shape.
