In any event, we don't want you to keep a purchase unless you're absolutely happy with it, so every item we sell is covered by a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. And you might as well check out our listings!  About Those Pesky DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings) You may not realize that eBay penalizes sellers for ratings less than 5. If you don't think we deserve a five, let us know. We'd rather you left that particular DSR blank than rate a four. How we strive for five-star DSRs: We describe our items carefully so the only surprises are pleasant ones. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we buy it back. We do not charge any handling fees, just actual postage costs for both domestic and international shipments. We lose money on every package we ship since we are not being reimbursed for our time or resources. We're just saying. (In fact, we've lost almost $200 in postage fees this year.) We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (weather permitting -- it snows a lot here). If we are paid by 11AM EST, we ship same day. We do not qualify for carrier pickup; we must drive to the Post Office each day, and we do, even if yours is the only package we have to ship. We often offer free shipping. If we overestimate the shipping weight, we refund the difference. Every time.
