Sharon Elford

Over the years I have explored a variety of different artistic mediums including drawing, painting, printmaking, silversmithing, ceramics and sculpture. After majoring in Gold & Silversmithing during my time at Queensland College of Art (Australia), I started experimenting with polymer clay. The qualities and versatility of this medium are spectacular and I'm definitely hooked!

I love ebay and I love talking to my customers (or even just those with a passing interest), so if you have any queries please don't hesitate to ask. I've also been known to have a bit of an ebay addiction myself so I know what it's like to be a buyer. Also, if you have any problems at all with your purchase please talk to me before going ahead and leaving negative or neutral feedback. It's often the case that simple problems can be sorted out more easily than that! ^_^




My Pullip Obsession

I collect Pullip dolls and various other dolls so sometimes I bid on dolls or doll related things. I've also started a range of chokers for these dolls (and other 12" fashion dolls).

Any Problems?

If you have any problems or questions at all please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. Most problems are simple misunderstandings and it's always best to sort things out person to person if possible! :D Plus... I don't bite! :P

Sometimes buyers get concerned about their item not having arrived yet. Please keep in mind that, especially around Christmas time, Australia Post mail seems to take exceedingly long to arrive so there are often delays. International postage form Australia can take up to two weeks normally so, no doubt, this can be longer around Christmas time too. Please don't expect me to be a miracle maker! I can't get packages there yesterday! lol If you really want the item for a certain event then ask for express post and keep in mind it will still have to be a little in advance. I always do my best to get things to you in time but I can only do what I can do. I'm human! :P

Anyway I hope that answers some questions... if you have any more just ask! ^_^

Selling Policies

Australian bidders:

  • Payments MUST be received within 10 DAYS of notification of total price. *NO EXCUSES*
  • Winning bidders should make contact within 3 days of auction's end to confirm sale and notify of payment choice.
  • If the bidder fails to adhere to these conditions the item will be relisted and a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed against the High Bidder (unless otherwise arranged with Seller, at Sellers discretion).

 

International bidders:

  • Payments MUST be received within 17 DAYS of notification of total price. *NO EXCUSES*
  • Winning bidders should make contact within 3 days of auction's end to confirm sale and notify of payment choice.
  • If the bidder fails to adhere to these conditions the item will be relisted and a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed against the High Bidder (unless otherwise arranged with Seller, at Sellers discretion).

Please don’t bid unless you can afford the item.

Postage

Postage prices should be listed in each auction, but if for some reason they are not you can email for exact postage to your area or wait to be informed at the auctions end. Due to the volume of parcels I often post I will visit the post office only on Fridays. Parcels will be posted out on the Friday after payment is recieved/confirmed. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by this policy.

Methods of Payment

Australian bidders:
We accept payment from Australian bidders via:

  • Paypal
  • Australian Money Order
  • Direct Deposit (using ebay item number as description)

International bidders:
We accept payment from International bidders via:

  • Paypal

We DO NOT accept BidPay or international money orders
because there is a AU$7 fee to cash each money order.

 
 

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
