NOTICE to Sellers who cheat/bend the rules on Excessive Shipping Charges: IF you have ambush excessive shipping fees that you magically invent after the auction is over or those that you knew you would charge and failed to include in the auction description, know that I will not hesitate to file a complaint no matter how much you whine and threaten me with negative feedback. As you can see I am not afraid to give or receive when you gouge your fees. I may not pay for the auction as, under contract law, you have made a condition of your auction that is not allowed by Ebay. If you fail to read my notice and don't exercise your right to cancel my bid, that is beyond my control but, is your responsibility to do so. If you fail to disclose that you are recieving a monetary or concessional kick back when you restrict the shipper that you will use, that is also a contract violation. When you charge for shipping and shipping alone and pay less than the charged amount for shipping--pocketing the balance, that is mail/wire fraud. Those incidents will be refered to the Federal Trade Commission regarding interstate carriers, the USPS and or the Secret Service as appropriate. This gouge in shipping to create additional revenue is out of hand on Ebay. I am choosing to fight back, under contract law and federal statutes. Hint: If I don't think your charge is fair then we didn't have a meeting of the minds and we don't have a contract

(Under Construction) Greetings from the Poconos of Pennsylvania. Long time ebay buyer now liquidating my eclectic "ownings" from a lifetime of collections.

Presently this includes Natural items-meteorites, minerals, seashells, corals, fossils, antlers,horns Historical items--, antiques and antiquities, historical artifacts, Antique Books, Antique Firearm: metal and wooden parts, hard to locate car parts, vintage military clothing, vintage you name it! Books--Reference guides, How to ,Sociology, Psychology, Computer, Science, Cook--Over 1000 volumes. Furniture, Dolls, Glassware,Electronics-Vintage radios, radio tubes, Tube checkers, tool boxes.... which shall be appearing here as fast as I can process them.

Business practices: I endeavor to be complete, acurate, and specific. When possible I'll include a technical description. I'll give you my best guess as to what I think about an item but wil occasionaly make an error. Enlightnements and comments are always welcome. Items such as books, stamps, coins which I may offer will include a general commercial description as I am NOT a versed in each hobby. I usually will not include customary terms and grading standards used within those collecting communities, unless I happen to know them off hand.

Shipping: I live very remotely in the snow capital of Pennsylvania and will usually ship once or twice a week provided I can get to a plowed section of highway. I will offer USPS Priority as my prefered choice however I will attempt to select the best method for the item at auction. I will keep handling and packing costs to a minimum-- however I do not ordinarily package items myself except for USPS Priority shipments. I will add in a fair cost for this and may forgo it if I have a bid price that generously covers my costs.

Auction Completion: I expect if you win an auction that you will promptly pay for it. If you can't talk to me to see if we can come to an agreement. If you fail to respond within 4-5 days I'll send you a semi-nasty-gram. If you fail to get to me within 10-14 you'll probably get a negative thingy in your feedback.

Snipping: I DO NOT support snipping. It is disruptive to the decorum. I reserve the right to cancel winning bids posted within the last minute of auction in which the bidder did not place a bid prior to the last 3 hours of the auction.

Things to Remember

# I will send a personal email/ invoice within a few hours of auction end, This email will contain all of the information you will need unless I need information from you; I will ask you your location and preference in payment and shipping. .

# I try my best to accuratly describe each specimen that I list. Unlike some sellers, I will sometimes even take pictures of the damage so you can see what you are getting. I am new at this business, so there are still some things that I am learning . If ever you feel that I have misrepresented an item that you have won, please contact me FIRST, before leaving a nasty-gram or negative feedback and give me the chance to make things right with you.

# I also try my best to package each item so it will be protected,I also use a professional packer. I am too old to remember kindergarden skills.

# I will do right by my customers, but I can not be responsible for all things that can happen in shipping. I strongly suggest Insurance on fragile items, we all know how gentle the Postal Service is.

# After an auction has ended and you contact me, I will hold your item for up to 2 weeks if you would like to bid on other auctions of mine. That way you can combine items to reduce shipping cost.

# I prefer PAY PAL, Money Orders,Cashiers Checks, I will RARELY consider Personal Checks only if pre-discussed with me however don't count on it if that is your only means of payment. I am poor also and can't afford your returned check fees. for sure Please reply to my emails and keep the communications open, that way there are no mis-understandings.
