Important information when ordering....!!! Items will NOT SHIP INSTANTLY when you make a purchase! Please try to be realistic, I need time to process the order, make the items and get them to the post office. You don't really want me to rush a handmade item do you... think of the loss of quality if I did that.

Please DO NOT demand that I ship your item right this minute, or demand that I refund you when you realize that I can't provide delivery on your ridiculous time line! Who thought I would ever have to say this?

If you absolutly NEED your item in less than a week then buy it at the mall! I know that sounds rude but honestly I am pretty tired of rude email and the assumptions that I have only one order at a time. The more unnecessary mail I get the less time I have to actually work on your order! I will not answer you if YOU USE ALL CAPS!!!! I am currently swamped with orders and yours is no more or less important than all of the other people who want their items.

That being said, I will answer any questions you have, but please ask them BEFORE you buy an item, if I know that I can't get it to you in time for your event I will be honest and tell you that I can't do it!
Remember that there is a human on the other end of that email that you send, and there's no need to be rude and evil to them. Honestly where will that get you?

More stuff

My mother was a fashion designer so it was natural for me to sew. I was a dance instructor for many years and made all of my team's costumes. You could probably guess that by seeing all of the original tulle skirts that I offer! Several years ago I quit the 'real world' and decided to stay at home, I never gave up sewing though! MTcoffinz started in '96 when I was just setting up booths at night clubs and other events, I didn't start selling online until 2003. The business grew faster than I thought it would and now MTcoffinz items are available at retail stores in 6 countries and several web stores! And although I do have several employees I still do all of the sewing myself! All of my items are made with an industrial sewing machine,serger,embroidery machine and years of sewing experience so you know my clothes will last.
