Our background is in customer service, so naturally, that is our top priority.  We work extremely hard to make sure you are happy with each transaction.  From receiving your order to shipping it, we are always in touch with you so you know what is happening with your order. We usually ship the day after we receive your payment. We ship every day, Monday through Friday and use either the USPS or DHL. All items are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery of your product, each and every time! We use high quality 200 pound-test shipping boxes, and when required, we bubble wrap, use styrofoam peanuts and/or packing paper. Each shipment is carefully considered and packed appropriately. 

I am amazed at how our product line is changing and growing. Last year, we focused on upgrading out network and software so we can provide the best possible customer service. We will periodically have cigar boxes, but we will not have as many as before. That is because quality cigar boxes are harder to find. From purse makers to collectors, many eBay buyers have learned about the quality of our cigar boxes and return over and over to purchase with confidence. We carefully inspect our boxes to ensure that you will receive boxes of the highest quality.

In our pottery line, we started with Mexican Talavera and Spanish. We added a new line of Mexican pottery this year and we added Polish pottery.

Muffey and Me sells an eclectic mix of items from around the world. In addition to our pottery, you will find gorgeous 100% rayon sarongs from Bali, Indonesia. We are constantly adding new styles and colors for you to choose from; and first class shipping is always FREE on our sarongs!

Our newest addition is Wilton baking supplies. We will be offering items from sheet pans to cookie cutters and everything in between! Our cake pan sets are especially popular as well as our humorous wedding cake toppers. New items from Wilton are also available now. We have the Cupcake Fun book and silicone cupcake bakers in different shapes. The Romantic Castle Cake Set is the newest addition. Be watching for the 2008 Yearbook. We are pre-ordering now and will have them available as soon as Wilton starts shipping.

On Halloween, Muffey would settle on the stairs where she could keep an eye on the front door. When trick or treaters came up, she would run get me barking and wagging! She always sat on the front porch when I opened the door and waited for each visitor to give her a little pat on the head. She never tried to leave the porch or chase any of the children. She just wanted to visit with them and wait for the next bunch.

I lost her just before starting Muffey and Me! and was looking for a name for my business.  It just seemed natural that Muffey should be with me in this adventure, so I included her in the name.  She has a way of keeping me going!
