Hello everyone, my name is Kenneth Hood.

I started to do e-commerce because I realized I would never achieve my financial goals working a 9-5 job. I have used Ebay for a number of years nowas a buyer, and am about 95% satsified with most of the dealings.  I decided that it may be an interesting thing to sell and auction items on Ebay in addition to my other E-commerce business.

I now practice what is known as "prosuming" where instead of just producing items or consuming items I do both. One of the things I love about my business is the look on people's faces when I tell them that I can teach them to do the same things I do for free. (minus the cost of an internet service provider and items or money for start up cost.)

I think the internet is going to push us all into the future and it truly is the one place some average Joe or Jane can go, start a business and compete with other businesses that would normally have an unfair edge.

I love the Ebay community, and I am happy to be a part of it, therefore as a "seller" I will do my utmost to satisfy "buyers" and try to see that prompt payments are paid back with fast and fair shipping.

I have already had an incident where someone backed out of a buy it now agreement and reluctantly let them off easy, however this will not be the case in the future. Ebay has rules in the user agreements that all potential buyers should think about before pushing any buttons and causing a seller losses on a product posted on Ebay.
