You want prompt and courteous response to your questions and updates on your transaction on a timely basis!!! We respond to questions within a few hours, send an acknowledgement email within a few hours hours of receipt of payment, and immediately when the item shipping label is prepared.
You want professionally packaged merchandise!!! We use the same packaging materials and methods as the roslike bubble wrap, correctly sized boxes, packing peanuts, and stretch wrap, not torn up grocery sacks or old newspapers. We do re- use boxes in order to keep our handling costs low and reduce landfill, but our track record on shipping delicate items, glassware, and expensive collectibles is second to none you will find.
You want speedy delivery!!! With a very few exceptions we ship next day and in shipments going to United States destinations there is always a tracking number or delivery confirmation number that can be provided upon request. Many times our customers have their package before they even think to request a tracking number and that is the ideal situation when a customer gets their package before they have time to request a tracking nuber.
You want fair, Honest feedback!!! Our policy is to post positive feedback immediately upon receipt of payment, rather than wait for the customer to post a positive for us. We understand we are taking a risk with some who would try to lackmailus by threatening us with negative feedback comment, and we find that 99.9% of all ebayers are like us Fair, honest, and truthful, which accounts for our 99.9% positive feedback rating.
