WARRANTY:We have 3 months Warranty against Manufacture Defects started from date of ended auction.It doesn't cover damage/mishandling occur by the Buyer. 3 Months Warranty includes Fixing of your instrument or Replacement of same instruments.Warranty doesn't include Money Back.Our company will test returned item for a Manufacture Defect/Damage and if it found will fix yours and send it back or will send another same instrument.So if you found Factory Damage/Defect you should contact us first and after approval send it via INSURED POST at your own expenses. All returned products are thoroughly tested before a refund is issued. FOUND PROBLEMS IN THE INSTRUMENT? If you found any problems in your instruments during first 3 months you covered by the Manufacture warranty.Please contact us immediately and describe the problem.Usually it needs some adjustment that could be done by you.If you are not able to adjust the instrument we will ask you to send it back to us for the investigation,free fixing or an exchange.IF YOU DECIDED TO FIX THE INSTRUMENT IN THE REPAIR SHOP WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL,YOUR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY WILL BE CANCELED AND YOUR INSTRUMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNPROFESSIONAL REPAIRING JOB or REPAIR COST. So if you wish to get professional fixing or an exchange you should contact us and ship the instrument back to us after approval.We will not accept the instrument back after repairing by music shops. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOST:Buyer responsible for shipping insurance if it offered as optional. Seller is not responsible and doesn't accept item for refund, if it were not paid optional insurance by Buyer and item were damaged during shipping or lost. If Item were insured by Buyer and were lost or damaged during shipping by shipping company,Buyer is responsible to file a damage/loss report to local post office with damaged instrument in ORIGIN PACKING and follow all needed procedures of claim,that could take up to 60 days for a damage/loss claim refund!For more information please contact us.After we get claim refund we will send you another new instrument. STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED/LOST ITEM:We are not responsible for the stolen delivered item by the Buyer Shipping Address.We also not responsible for LOST Item during Shipping Transit.In that case if item was insured by Buyer,he/she has a chance to file an insurance claim.If the item was not insured by Buyer it is no any chance to file any kind of claims.We are totally not responsible for stolen delivered by USPS items,no money will be returned,no any kinds of free replacements will be made.If you still want to get same item,you should pay us full cost of same item for second delivery.So please add an insurance at Checkout to protect your item.
