A little bit about us: this is my full-time job, but I am not a big company, I am just one person! I do everything myself, from taking the photos to listing the items, to packing & shipping and all the paperwork. (OK, my husband carries the packages to the PO with me but I do all the rest!)

I will not sell anything that is damaged, stained or has been altered UNLESS it is something truly unique, in which case I always disclose any flaws. I would never knowingly sell something that is damaged, but please remember I, like most of you, am only human, and sometimes I may miss something. If this happens, I would appreciate a message from you so we can work things out. We try to be fair to everyone, but please take note that threats do not work on us; mature & sensible communication does!!

Our listing pages are quite simple & "generic"~we don't need to use fancy backgrounds or animated graphics that take forever to download (and are very distracting!) This also keeps our costs down so we don't have to charge a "handling" fee.

Some buyers may receive their item in previously used packaging. Please don't be offended. We believe in recycling & we hope you will do the same.

Shipping Schedule: We ship on Tuesdays & Fridays. Items paid for on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or by 9AM Eastern Time on Tuesday will ship on Tuesday; items paid for after 9AM on Tuesday, on Wednesday, Thursday or by 9AM EST on Friday will ship on Friday. Items paid for after 9AM on Friday will ship on Tuesday. (This shipping schedule falls within the 3-business-day range indicated in our listings.)

We NEVER charge a "handling" fee-you pay actual shipping only! I don't make the postage fees, the Post Office does~you can compare the actual shipping cost on the label with the price you paid~it will be the same! We are happy to combine purchases & ship in flat-rate boxes when possible to save you as much money as possible. (Shopping on eBay is fun; paying $10.00 for shipment of a 4-ounce tank top is not!)

Please also note that we WILL NOT ship breakable or too-large items in a flat rate envelope. These are flimsy & cannot withstand alot of weight and/or volume. I have had several of my own purchases fall out & get lost in the mail because the envelope ripped. I feel this is carelessness on the part of the seller. All of our items are packed securely & with care.

One last note: We NEVER solicit feedback! Feedback is OPTIONAL so of course no-one is required to leave it. Our seller's system is set up to automatically leave feedback after feedback is left for us. That way we know you have received, and are pleased with, your purchases.
