MY LATEST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:
1. A new bidder without feedback, going against my rules, bid on an auction and won, it was a halter top
2. I require that payments are made by day 3. On day 4 I had to send a late payment notice which pissed off the bidder
3. On day 7 she finally paid, and her top was mailed.
4. Couple of days later she started bugging me about shipping, even though I emailed her through Ebay's email and personally from my email to hers.
5. When she received the top she emailed me the next day stating there was a hole in the back and wanted to return the top
6. I kept asking her where exactly the hole was and requested photos
7. I also said that all my items are inspected several times before shipping
8. Little did the bidder know that I had all of the original photos, so she kept replying that the hole was in the back and that she could not produce photos, although she has plenty of photos on her myspace
9. When I told her that I was looking at the 'back' photo she changed her story that a seam was popped on the side, and on the inside
10. Knowing how stitches act on knit fabric, I knew she was lying and either she was too fat for the top, or was just pissed that I sent her a late notice.
11. She basically attacked every thing in my auction description. I offered to send a few dollars for repair work, because she said it was tiny but that my offered rested on photos
12. At this point she left me a negative and opened a dispute with Paypal
13. I happened to Google her delivery address and it turns out that she works for a sewing machine factory; hence having all the right terminology and ability to intentionally damage my top
14. I have filed an appeal, filed an internet fraud case, a postal fraud case, and a police report in my city as well as hers.
15. I have also notified her place of employment with the above facts
16. I cant even warn other sellers because of the new feedback system, but I can post all of the info here and on my blog
My DIY items:
All of my DIY items are made & designed by me. I go all over looking for band shirts that represent music that I grew up with, am in love with, or am currently listening to
Although I may use the same band tee, it will have a completely different design, so that you will be the only one in the world with your top…no Hot Topic clones.
All seams are reinforced & sewn to last you a lifetime. I dont mass produce anything, so I dont list a lot of items at once
