Welcome to my "About Me" page!
My name is Linda Koszewnik and I'm an avid eBayer - as a buyer and a seller!

I offer a variety of items but mainly cater to sewing, quilting and altered art collage artist. My specialty is reproduction of vintage ephemera, postcard art, old masterpieces and more on silk or cotton fabric. I began my eBay experience in July of 1999 and was the first to bring reproduction fabric art to eBay. Since then reproduction artwork has become a true passion for me. I love the process of bringing detail and color back to vintage and sometimes forgotten artwork, postcards, etc. It's truly been a joy and such a blessing to have found a way to contribute in some small way to the heirloom keepsakes that will be handed down to future generations. What a humbling honor this part of my life journey has been for me!

Some information about the heirloom fabric prints... the seam allowance on each piece varies but usually falls between 1/4 to 1 inch. These are not transfers but are actual pieces of fabric. For needle arts, these can be easily glued to your project using either a fabric glue or a wonder under type of fusible product. Of course, they can also be sewn on in the standard way. I only use the highest quality silk and cotton fabric for my reproductions. These are not the grainy, coarse type of fabrics that you find in some craft shops or other online shops. My appliques are great for everything from art quilts, crazy quilting or embroidery work to collage art, altered books or scrapbooking... I've even seen them used to embellish a lampshade... you can use them on tag art, embellish garments, costumes, hats, totes & purses, decorative pillows, or even frame them with a few silk ribbon embellishments... so many uses! When deciding on either cotton or silk I would recommend that you use the silk fabric on any item/project that won't require washing. You will want to treat this silk fabric as you would any other for greatest durability. The cotton fabric is washable. Due to the nature of the material, the cotton fabric will give you a slightly more vibrant detail in the coloring whereas the silk image is more subtle in coloring.
