We don't normally respond to emails asking "please let me know when this ships." Our emphasis is on shipping your package quickly. The more time we spend answering emails about when your payment is received and when your package ships, the more time it takes away from the shipping process. Please know that unless it is a weekend or holiday YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS. If you hear from us, that is because there is a problem. Otherwise, it's on the way within 24 hours.

UPS and USPS pick up at our shop daily. We always try to ship the least expensive way for our customers. However, if you want to pay more for expediated services, we will gladly accomodate. Just call or drop us an email.

We will gladly ship your package to a gift recipient. We offer gift wrapping services also. Just let us know upon purchase the correct address to ship to, wrapping preference, and gift card enclosure. It's all done lightening fast and at no extra effort or expense to you!

Email sometimes is not as reliable as we might think. We may not be getting your email, even though you sent it a few times. Likewise, maybe we responded, but you are not getting our responses. If you have won our auctions and would like to contact us directly over the phone just call 601-638-6731.

Even though we may forget to list it in the description of the auction ALL OUR ITEMS ARE NEW. We have all merchandise in stock at the time we list an item. On the very rare occasion, we may sell out of an item before the listing ends. We have stock arriving daily. We will notify you immediately should your item not be available to ship within 24 hours. Unless otherwise specified on the auction, we accept returns for any reason (except damage and you didn't pay insurance). You will be responsible for all shipping. If you are making a return due to an error we have made, please see PROBLEM SOLVING Below.

If you have a problem with an item, you must call us and let us know. We do make mistakes occasionally. However, if you will call us at   601-638-6731 we WILL take care of our mistake.

When you insure a package, if there is damage or loss, call us and we will file the claim for you. If you choose not to pay insurance, don't bother to call. We will NOT replace an item for any reason if you opted not to pay insurance. You accept all responsibility for loss or damage when you opt out of insurance.
We try to make all transactions as easy as possible, however if you do have a problem, you must let us know! We can't fix, what you don't tell us about.
If we have shipped you a wrong item, we will pay return shipping for that item, and ship you the correct item. If by chance, you are interested in keeping that wrong item, let us know. We will "make you a deal."

We do post feedback for everyone as soon as your package ships.  If feedback has been posted, the package is on it's way!  If you have a problem with your package, please give us the opportunity to fix the mistake before you leave negative feedback.   We can't fix what you don't tell us about!   ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS. DO NOT WAIT 6 WEEKS TO REPORT AN ITEM BROKEN OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM AND EXPECT US TO REPLACE IT!

We do not respond well to *feedback threats* -- we run our business with integrity and fairness and will always try to do right by all customers.  Feedback is your right, do whatever you want.  We will always try to rectify any situation with fairness.  But if you feel it necessary to leave negative feedback, so be it, that is your right.  Please don't waste your time or ours with threats.   With a 99.7% positive feedback rating, we realize that some people just cant be pleased and so do our customers.
