SHIPPING INFORMATION

We typically ship two or three times a week typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  DON’T EXPECT YOUR ITEM TO BE THERE IN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PAY!!   We do not ship express or next day air.  Paypal will email you with the tracking information once the label has been generated.  We do ship internationally but there is no tracking available.  International shipping can take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on customs.

Shipping on Multiple items is Full price on the first item and half price on each additional item won.

COMMUNICATION

We appreciate your business!  Due to the large volume of emails that we get we typically respond to emails every 24-48 hours AND NOT OVER THE WEEKENDS.  WE DO NOT USE EBAY MESSAGING - EMAIL ONLY - so be sure to include your email information if your ebay email isn’t up to date.

PROBLEM ITEM OR NON FUNCTIONAL

Please before leaving negative feedback give us the opportunity to make things right.  Email us and we will replace the non functional item if we have more, or allow you to return for a refund.  PLEASE DON’T RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US AND RECEIVING A PROPER RMA FORM.   

However, to prevent fraud we do have strict measures in place… so if your committing fraud STOP…

If you accidentally or purposefully leave negative it will limit the amount that we can help you.
