Can I combine S&H charges on multiple items?

I have many customers that purchase multiple items and offer a discounted S&H rate. For United States and Canada My rate on multiple wins is $3.50 for the first item and .50cts for each additional item, Oveseas Customers $4.50 for the 1st item and .50cts each additional, We ask that our multiple item winners keep track of their winnings, Send one payment for all the items, Include all the item numbers, Along with their mailing address. Please keep the bidding to no more than 7 consecutive days.

What is your return policy?

We value all our customers and always offer a 100% refund of the purchase price (S&H fees are non-refundable) Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of our shipping date.

Do you ship overseas?

A:

We ship overseas, but it is the resposibility of the customer to let us know if they would like the package registard insured, which is very costly. US Postal fees for registard insured starts around $30.00 to $40.00 US Dollars. We are not resposible for lost or damaged packages shipped overseas.

Please Note:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail, We will file a claim with the post office once the 30 days has expired(As long as the package is insured), Once the paper work is filled out on both ends and the claim has been paid to us we will than refund the entire amount. We used to pay the claims right away, but some customers did not fill out the paperwork on their end so we were unable recieve the claim from the Post Office. Please make sure the return address is legible. To date we have had very few items lost in the mail. If you would like to insure your item, Please add 1.30 for $50.00 or less of insurance or $2.30 for $51.00 to $100.00 of insurance and $1.00 for each additional $100.00 of insurance (example $50.00 or less $1.30, $51.00 to $100.00 $2.30, $101.00 to $200.00 $3.30, $201.00 to $300.00 $4.30, $301.00 to $400.00 $5.30). Please note all items are as described. All Gemstones are Natural unless otherwise stated in the discription. Lab Created Gemstones are created to look like real gemstones these can be such items as Diamoniques and Cubic Zirconias. Lab Grown Gemstones have the same properties as Natural Gemstones but are created in a lab.
