My newest baby, Preemie girl

Hi! My name is Jodi Boisvert and I have been sculpting since 1996. I actually began making reborn babies untill I discovered that I could create my own ooak babies using my imagination but this didn't happen over night. It took many years to be able to get it right. Even though I don't beleive that any ooak is perfect, they all have their own individual personality which makes them all beautiful. Sculpting is not just an art form for me, it is a passion of mine. I sculpt all size babies from life size to micro preemies to palm size. Most of the babies have soft cloth bodies and all are colored with acrylics, oil paints, and stencil paints. I am anxious to try the genisis paints now.
PACKING: I pack the babies very gently using bubble wrap and tissue paper to ensure a safe delivery. I normally have no problems with breakage but there will always be that chance in which I will fix for you for free should there ever be a baby that has broken. (the po is not always handling fragile packages the way they should.) Please rest assure this as a guarentee.
PRICING: I beleive that all sculpting is a work of art. All my babies take many hours to create, sometimes days,so pricing will vary depending on the ammount of time devoted to a certain baby and also the realism.
MY GOALS: I don't beleive I will ever lose interest in sculpting. My goal is to one day create a baby so realistic you will beleive its a real infant. I also wish to start sculpting portrait babies. Eventually my babies will become avail. in silicone as I have just finished my mold making class and am looking forward to making them avail. in silicone.
Whats new? I just began sculpting fantasy art. Its nothing like sculpting babies but more challenging. I am enjoying every moment of it.
