My name is Susan I am a WAHM to 3 wonderful children! My husband and I have been together for 17 years! I have been sewing and embroidering for right at 10 years now. I LOVE to create new items, so if you don't see what you are looking for just drop me an email and I am sure we can work together to create what you are looking for!
I have tried to create a wonderful, unique selection of boutique quality items that everyday people can afford! I am a very easy going person and easy to work with!
Email Information
I will respond to emails within 24 hours,normally a ton sooner than that!If you have not heard from me within this time period, please check your junk email and make sure the email is not there. I will respond to every email :)
Shipping Information
I will ship every item within 5 business days of payment and ALL information received. During slower times I will ship alot sooner. If you need the item by a certain date just let me know and I will try to do my best to get it to you by then. I am always happy to combine shipping, I can typically ship up to 5 items for $5.00. After that it will just depend on weight and where you are located.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Since my items are custom made, I do not issue refunds or take returns. However, if I make a mistake, in the spelling, hair color, eye color, etc.. I will be MORE than HAPPY to make a new item for you at no additional cost to you. If the mistake is made on your part, ie wrong size, name spelled wrong etc.. then you will have to purchase a new item.
Size
If you on unsure of what size to purchase I will be more than happy to send you measurements, just let me know! You are also welcome to send me your own shirts, I charge $10 to $15 per shirt to put a design and name on them plus shipping.
Information on how to Customize
At the end of the auction I will send you a form to fill out concerning the items I need for the shirt. I like to have everything in one email so I don't get things confused!
