  • We sell only brand new, factory sealed items direct from US distributors. We never sell copies or bootlegs.
  • We guarantee our products 100%. In the unlikely case that you receive a defective item, we will happily replace it for you.

SHIPPING

  • US shipping is $4.95 for the first item and $2.97 for each additional item. Insurance is available at $1.25. Most deliveries occur within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Canadian shipping is $5.95 for the first item and $3.57 for each additional item. Most deliveries occur within 5 to 14 business days but may take longer based on customs. In rare cases, Canadian shipments will take up to 28 business days for delivery due to these delays. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer.
  • Internationalshipping is $8.95 for the first item and $5.37 for each additional item. Most deliveries occur within 5 to 14 business days but may take longer based on customs. In rare cases, International orders may take up to 28 business days for delivery due to these delays. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer.

PAYMENT

  • We accept both PayPal and money orders.
  • New Jersey residents please add 7% sales tax; Florida residents please add 6% sales tax.

I received a defective item, what do I do?

First, if your item is a DVD, please make sure that your DVD player is Region 1 or region-free. We sell only Region 1 items (intended for the US and Canadian markets). Once confirmed, please return your defective item using the return address label provided with your shipment. Once we receive it back, we will immediately reship you a replacement.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please return your item using the return address label provided with your shipment. Once we receive it back, we will immediately reship you the correct item.

What type of shipping do you offer?

Our shipping methods vary based on destination, weight and number of items ordered. Among the services that we may use are USPS First Class, USPS Media Mail, UPS and DHL.

When will my item arrive?

For domestic orders, the majority of orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Occasionally delays in the postal system will result in delivery times of up to 14 business days. If your item has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us.

For international orders, the majority of orders arrive within 5 to 14 business days. Occasionally delays in the postal system or at customs will result in delivery times of up to 28 business days. If your item has not arrived within 28 business days, please contact us.
