1. What is your Shipping cost?
We provide three shipping options for our customer's convenience:

2. Do you Combine Shipping?
Yes. We do allow Combined shipping with the above options as flat rate fee for each order.
Add more items to your shopping cart to save on shipping costs.
3. Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry, we don't ship internationally at this time.
4. How do I check out?
If you purchased a store inventory item, use the Buy It Now button. From there, you can change quantities and add different items to your custom shopping cart.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. After we receive payment, most items are shipped out within 24 hours. You will then receive shipping notification via e-mail. Order status can be tracked at the link provided in the email.
6. Do you sell Prescription Pet Medications?
We honor eBay's Policy and do not sell any Prescription Pet Medications such as Heartgard or Rimadyl.
7. Do you sell used or expired pet medications?
All our products are brand new and we make sure expiration dates are current. Feel free to inquire about expiration dates on any of our products.
8. How often do you add new pet products?
We add and update products weekly. Check back for new products and special limited time offers.
9. Do you accept money orders?
Yes we accept money orders. For information on how to send money orders to us please contact us.
10. Refund policy
We charge 10% of order for processing and restoring fee. Customer has to pay for Shipping charges on return if the return is not due to a shipping error. If the customer returns an item that was bought with free shipping program, customer is responsible for the shipping charges that were paid while shipping their order. |
