Hello, Welcome to my "About Me Page"

 

 

About me and my qualifications

I have over 20 years of accountant and QuickBooks experience.  In addition to a bachelors degree in accounting, I hold the following certifications:

  • QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor - 2006, 2007, and 2008, 2009
  • QuickBooks Point of Sale ProAdvisor v5, v6 and v7
  • Certified QuickBooks ES ProAdvisor v7
  • Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor 2008

Here are some frequently asked questions and answers:

What is a QuickBooks Authorized Affiliate? 

An affiliate provides a link for you to purchase QuickBooks and other Intuit software, hardware, and supplies at up to 20% off the retail prices.  The prices that affiliates sell products for are preset by QuickBooks.  Our affiliate agreement does not allow for pricing adjustments.

Why buy from Authorized Affiliates? 

Purchases made from Affiliate Websites are secure.  Your credit card information is only shared with Intuit.  The products are brand new, never-been-used, full (not academic) working versions of the software. 

What if I have a QuickBooks Question?

As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I will probalby already have the answer.  If I don't have the answer, I have unlimited access to QuickBooks support team so I will get the answer for you?

How does the order process work?

The process is very easy.  After you choose to "buy now" and then confirm your selections, I will send you and email with a link to my website.  The web page will provide all of the final steps to completing your order.  Yoy will receive an order confirmation number from Intuit starting with QST all I ask is that you send me that number so that I can track your order mark your Ebay records as paid and shipped. Then, I'll leave some positive feedback for you!!!

Can I order CDs or Downloads?

For QuickBooks Pro and Premier Products, you can order either (you can get both for an additional $9.95) For Enterprise Solutions, only the CD version is available.

What if I need help setting up and running my accounting program?

I offer fee based, remote consulting services available.  Please see my website to learn more about the services.
