My company is a family owned business, founded in 1985. Initially, the company was a retail operation and had a single store in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The product line at that time was strictly crystal prisms and pewter collectibles. In 1988, the Holyoke store was closed and the company moved to Virginia, where we opened a new retail operation in Virginia Beach in June, 1989. By 1993, four stores had been opened spanning the Interstate 95 corridor in Virginia.

The company wholesale operation began in 1993 as well, when the first catalog was published and distributed all two pages of it. By 1995, with a focus on pewter figurines, crystal prisms, crystal gifts and sterling jewelry, the catalog and the wholesale business had grown considerably. Wanting to be home with the kids instead of on the road, we closed all our retail stores in 1995 and went into the wholesale business in earnest.Now, in 2005, the company has three full color catalogs spanning crystal prisms, pewter gifts, sterling jewelry and crystal laser art (see next), and with thousands of items for sale. 

1995 also saw the beginning of one the company most exciting venture, Lexington Laser Art (see my eBay store GIFTS FOR GOVERNMENT). Lexington Laser Art was THE pioneer in the marketing of laser imaged crystal products and the first to exhibit this gift line nationwide. First shown at the New York International Gift Fair in January of 1996, the success of Lexington Laser Art was immediate. There had been few innovative products in the crystal industry for many years, and the intrinsic beauty of sparkling crystal combined with a breakthrough in laser technology created a product that proved irresistible to retailers and specialty clients alike.

We have also been SWAROVSKI crystal dealers since our inception. My father always told me to buy the best and sell the best, and I have always stuck to that rule..which is why this company is one of the few prism dealers left that has not departed from the quality first rule and therefor has not added inferior Swarovski look-alike imports to our line. Yes, they are much cheaper - but not only in price but quality. That was just not for me and my company.

Another thing I learned from my father was SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE. Good ole fashioned AMERICAN service. Combine quality and service, and you can not go wrong. Even as CEO, I still concern myself with the happiness and satisfaction of every client, from department stores to the grandmother in Kansas that bought a prism from me on eBay.

Ebay was a late discovery for me, but I have enjoyed what I have done there so far. One day, I will finish listing the over 2000 items we have to offer!! There is something else about eBay that has made a great impression on me - the people. Maybe I have just had beginner's luck, but the buyers I have dealt with electronically have been a tribute to great American values...kindness, patience, understanding and gratitude. Feedback has made my eBay experience PERSONAL, and the kindness of the eBay community that has been buying from me has been an eye opener. In the wholesale world, I could make the biggest deals to the largest stores, bend over backwards to get them what they want at the right price, on time and intact. I could do this 100 times a year and never get a Christmas card as thanks. Not so here on eBay. Feedback makes every effort I make appreciated and noticed. What a different and wonderful world...an America I have not seen for a very long time...or maybe I was just traveling in the wrong circles. In any case...this has been just great and very gratifying! America, I love you!!
