Woodbine Herbs is a small family business that has partnerships with several wholesalers which allows us to offer you unique items at great savings. These items are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and in original packaging and are shipped directly from the wholesalers warehouse.
We use several different wholesalers and some of your items might be
shipped in different boxes and on different days, depending on which
supplier they are coming from. We will notify you when this occurs.
Our wholesalers offer overstock/liquidation merchandise and their inventories and product items change on a daily basis making their inventory unpredictable. Paying immediately after the sale with Paypal increases your chances of an item being in stock. However if a product becomes out of stock during your purchase, or is placed on backorder, Woodbine will give you the choice of waiting on your item or give a 100% refund.
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order after payment is received. We prefer PAYPAL but also accept, Money Orders, Cashier Checks. Orders will not be processed till money orders or cashiers checks are received and clear. We do not ship on Saturdays.
