1. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Sorry, no personal checks.

2. How much charge sales tax?
According to the US law, sales tax is waived when the shipping address is outside of the state where the selling company is established and/or resides. Since My Sweet Dress.com is established and resides within the state of California, we currently charge 8.75% sales tax to CA orders.

3. How can you offer much lower prices than the wedding stores / designer store?
Our buyers negotiate factory pricing by volume buying, and our marketers maintain only an internet website for sales. Lower costs and minimal overhead charge translate into savings for the company, and we are happy to pass these savings onto our customers, you and your little girls. That's how we can offer such terrific prices.

4. How long is the delivery time?
90% of our advertised items on the website are in stock. Thus, we can deliver the merchandise(s) as soon as you order. With our fast and efficient shipping and delivery, it will take approximately 2 to 7 days to receive your package with the standard shipping option.

5. How do I get a catalog?
We do not have a physical catalog available. All of our products are available on our website.

6. Can I visit your local store?
We are an online exclusive store and do not have an offline store open to the public.

7. Where are your products made?
96% of our products are made in the USA.

8. Do you provide alteration service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide alteration service. If you need, check with an experienced seamstress/alteration store near you for the service.

9. Can I receive swatches of the products?
Because we do not manufacture, we do not have swatches available.

10. Can you customize colors / sizes?
Sorry, since we do not manufacture, we cannot customize color or size changes to our products beyond the range we provide .

11. How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking number by an email from us.
