The Main Page

This page was started due to some people thinking that eBay is some form of retail store with endless bank accounts who can afford instant UPS delivery within one day.  This my freind is not going to happen with any kind of reality when dealing with me and my auctions.

I dont mean to be some cranky, in your face zealot, but I can't afford to have one day shipping and sometimes depending on how big the item is could take 7-10 days before I even get it to UPS.  If you dont like this arrangment, do not bid on my stuff.  Its that easy.

I hate the eBay feedback system and eBay says it has cut down fruadulant sellers by 90%.  I say that is not only a lie, but they have no proof of that.  Not being able to give buyers negative feedback is like not being able to throw a customer out of your store because they are being destructive.

To that end, I will be posting users who give me negative feedback and will give a more in-depth explaination of why they deemed it nessesary to give negative feedback.  Some of you users are real losers who for some odd reason think that the seller should have your item in your hands within 2 days.  10 days is the norm and I wait that long when I buy stuff on eBay on 99% of my purchases so I know its normal.

Keep in mind I work 10-12 hours a day as a network admin.  My time is limited but I like to sell and buy on eBay.  So, that being said, read on...

When I sell items I go by this rule.  If the item is large, it will take me 7-10 days before I can get it to UPS.  I have to find boxes and pack it up, it takes time.  If it is a small item I can get it to UPS in 5 days or less.

If you have issues with this shipping arrangment, dont bid.  Someone will buy it and not be such a pain in the rear end as you.

Keep in mind the golden rule when leaving feedback.  The people below obviously have not.

izzyduzzit ( 139 This guy gives me nuetral for a broken item-with free shipping no less!  I get no emails from this guy stating anyting was wrong.  I would have given his money back.  He breaks the feedback rules by not contacting me first to try and solve this but instead gives lowsy feedback.

kimnfrank ( 595 This guy gives a positive feedback but a scathing description about me. Then should have asked about an item that really should have been asked before he bid on the item.  He states I am a liar for not giving out info about the item even though I know nothing about the item in question.  He, as the first buyer, breaks the feedback rules by not contacting the seller first to try and clear up the transaction.  Again eBay does nothing to clear my feedback even though the BUYER clearly broke all the rules be fore leaving feedback.

raymin22401 ( 12Then this guy, a real winner, gives negative feedback because UPS was slow in shipping his item.  He further states I didnt give him his tracking number.  If you had seen the email how he asked for the tracking you as a seller would not have given it either.  He breaks all rules when giving negative feedback but eBay does nothing about it.  I called eBay and the women was totaly worthless when it came to any reasons why this would happen.  There is no RULE I have to give a tracking number especially if the buyer is rude while asking for it.

motorsportssalvage ( 3599 This guy was a Seller.  I gave him Neg FB because he was holding parts of a jetski hostage until I gave him positive FB.  His auctions are very misleading and he does not disclose everything about the item.  Then to top it off, he makes his wife be the front man of these ebay scams.  I never met the guy, only his wife.  He thinks because he polished a jetski hull its worth 250 bucks even though he did not disclose the HUGE hull repair that was failing.  If I had used this hull someone might have gotten hurt.  AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DEALS HE HAS!

sparky24devils  To all sellers, do not let this guy bid on anything.  He tried to pass a bad check on a 3000 dollar jetski I had listed.  His activate date was the same as my jetski listing.  If anyone needs to have his hand chopped off it this scammer.  He states in his negative feedback about me that he was driving up as I cancled.  He hadnt even emailed me for my address or phone number.  He is a lie, cheat, and scam artist.  Do not let him bid on any of your items

zdejan ( 440   This guy lives in Canada and blames me for slow shipping.  He then screws me out of 30 dollars in shipping cost saying it would only cost 40 dollars to ship and I was stupid enough to beleive him.  It cost me 71 dollars to ship.  This idiot should be avoided at all cost.

He filed a dispute at paypal and lied to them saying he never received the item.  So now he stole the item.  He has not sent it back to me and also got his money back.  This guy is a theif.
