I say OUR page because we are a team selling some of the many, many items we have collected over our 52 years of marriage. I am the listing and selling half and my husband is the packing and shipping department. We are having a great time getting rid of some of the items we no longer enjoy and clearing out some space in our cupboards. We started collecting almost the day we were married. Our first love was beautifully, hand-painted European plates and we still love those today. No sales of those. We then moved into turn-of-the century cut glass and although we no longer buy any clear crystal, we treasure our old pieces. In the early 70's, we started collecting Goldschieder figurines from the 40's and 50's and still buy one now and then because we have lots of individual pieces that need their mates. Our present love is colored Lenox pieces - especially pink or coral. In our travels to garage sales, estate sales, antique stores and flea markets in search of "treasures", we have purchased many things that were old and had value to someone...but not to us. Those things we are now selling.
