Originally a registered nurse, Nancy hopes the compassion of that healing
profession is expressed in her art. Nancy maintains a constant reservation list,
with her art found in nine states. In 1994, she had a solo art show at the
Nebraska Governor's Mansion. Ducks Unlimited requested art of country children
(not ducks!) to make limited edition regional prints in 1998 and 2000.

"In addition to my profession of portrait painting, I help at Saint Francis Gift and Thrift, a shop in my town sponsored by our church and Catholic Social Services. Its profits go to assist the needy in our part of Nebraska. I am a research volunteer in antiques and collectibles. Occasionally I find a treasure in our store donations, one to sell on eBay.
