- If the merchandise has manufacturer's warranty customer must contact them for warranty service or tech support including DOA. When we confirm that your product has manufacturer's warranty we will ask you to contact the manufacturer directly. There will be no exceptions. If your product is defective and it does not have manufacturer's warranty, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number please email Warranty@naptronics.com with Ebay item number, email address, model number of the product, description of the problem, and your contact information. Customers must Pay shipping charges for any item returned to us for exchange or warranty service.
