In 2003 the company I worked for changed management and the new manager decided she could do better without me (bringing in a friend of hers). I used that opportunity to buy a small business and "start over". Today, with the help of my wife, I operate at 2 markets in Lancaster county and sell at eBay both at auction and at my online store (luggage-etc).
We carry several lines of value-priced luggage, duffle bags, backpacks, and shopping carts. In addition we get small lots of all sorts of odd-ball things in from time to time. Plus, we cater to folks who like things PA Dutch and Amish, including some Amish-made items from Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, figurines, and other "Dutch Stuff". We specialize in Jacob Zook Hex Signs, known the world over as the best PA Dutch hex signs around! Compare our quality to our competition. Our home base, in Myerstown, PA, is right in the middle of the real PA Dutch country. At this time we have sold to customers from Hong Kong to Sweden, and from Alaska to Panama to South Africa. One of the things we learned early on was to work with the customer as best we can. Since we carry such a wide variety of items we don't have a standard return policy, but, in the rare event something is unsatisfactory, we always try to work things out.
