Wearing Instructions:
You may find it will take a few hours to get used to(similar to contact lenses) and that your nose runs a little(that is a good sign, it's the sinuses cleaning themselves out). Should this happen, simply remove the device, wipe it clean with a tissue, blow your nose and then reinsert the same Breathe-ezy Nasal Filter. After a short time, you're runny nose will stop but the benefits will continue for up to 24 hours continuous use per filter.
