Combined Shipping: When purchasing more than one of the same item from the same listing, the shipping calculator will automatically combine the shipping for you. When purchasing items from different listings, I am more than happy to combine shipping whenever possible and to ship by the most cost effective method available. Send me an email and let me know which items you are interested in and I will give you a combined shipping quote.
International Shipping: I am happy to ship items to foreign destinations! This was something that I was very apprehensive about in the beginning but have really enjoyed, well for the most part anyway! I do not have the shipping calculator set up to do international quotes. The only way to know how much shipping will be is to email me and ask. Please do not assume how much shipping will be and go ahead and pay. If you do not choose a shipping method that includes tracking and/or postal insurance please note that I will not be responsible for lost packages! Upon giving a shipping quote I will always give you an estimated shipping time. These dates do not include time that a package may spend in customs. If you need it within a certain time, please ask and I will happily give you a quote for the shipping method that fits your needs.
Postal Insurance: I exclusively use USPS for all of my shipping. The US Postal Service does a great job, but like us, they too are human. Although rare, I have had a couple of packages get lost and some take longer than anticipated. While not usually required, postal insurance is always available on any item that I sell. Although I take every precaution when packaging, if it's breakable, I would strongly recommend spending the $1.35 and purchase that little peace of mind. I will not be responsible for items once they have been shipped. All domestic packages automatically have delivery confirmation added at no extra cost.
Feedback: I believe that feedback is a vital part of the eBay community and should be used wisely. Although I would love to leave feedback as soon as I receive payment, I have learned the hard way that this doesn't work! As with any group, the few ruin it for the many...Due to this finding my personal policy is to leave feedback after it has been received. Once you have left positive feedback, I know that you have received and are happy with your purchase. I check my feedback page every day and return feedback generally the same day it is received. If you receive your item(s) and are not happy, please contact me immediately to resolve any problem. I can't fix problems that I don't know about!!
Returns ~ Refunds ~ Exchanges: I'm an honest seller and my primary goal is to have happy, repeat customers! I will do anything within reason to make our transaction a happy one. If you need to return an item, please contact me before shipping it back so that I know to expect it and who sent what back when! If available I will do an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Purchase price is the amount paid for the item and does not include the shipping costs, which I cannot return as they are not mine to refund. If there is a problem with your purchase and you need to return it to me, you must ship it back in the original box & packaging that I shipped to you. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, NO exceptions. I will NOT refund any payment until the item has been returned. Under no circumstances will I allow you to keep the item(s) AND refund your money. Any sized clothing item may be returned if it doesn't fit. With three children of my own, I completely sympathize with needing to return something that just won't work. Items that are sold as 'damaged' or 'as-is' are just that and will not be exchanged/refunded. If in doubt, email me before you purchase.
Shipping/Handling Times: In a typical week I ship every day Monday through Friday. I generally try to ship all paid items within three business days of receiving cleared payment on a first paid first shipped basis. Sometimes I get them out sooner and sometimes it takes a day longer, just depending how busy I am that week. If you are in need of an item by a certain date, just email me and let me know and I will happily accomodate your needs. If purchased over the weekend, it will be shipped by Tuesday.
Rules of Etiquette: One would think that it goes without saying, but just to address the issue up front...I go out of my way to be punctual, polite & courteous at all times, and I expect the same from other people. If you have a question or if there is a problem with any part of a transaction, please ask/let me know ~ in a polite, professional manner. I will go out of my way to accomodate your needs/address your problems, but I will not tolerate being cursed, threatened or harassed.
