COMPANY BACKGROUND

Nate's Wheels was started in September of 2003 by me (Nate) when I was in college.  The business was very small for the first couple of years after I started.  When the business continued to grow, I wanted to maintain a focus on customer service and low prices. I wanted to avoid the nonsense you often have to deal with when you are buying from one of the "Big Guys."  I've had experience with companies like that in the past.  Once you purchase, you are forgotten.  That is not the type of company I want to have.  I want our company to create a more personal experience than you have ever had buying on the internet.  Our staff is caring and courteous and if you have an experience that doesn't reflect this, I encourage to you talk to me directly, so it can be taken care of. 

MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of Nate's Wheels to provide our customers with the best products and customer service at the lowest possible price.  We are committed to customer service, especially since our best advertising is provided by you, our customers, through word of mouth.  We are also continually negotiating with our suppliers to try to keep our costs as low as possible, so we can pass the savings on to you.  This has been especially difficult as of late with rising materials costs, but you have our word that we will continue to try to offer these great products at great prices.

Nate's Wheels is one of the few automotive aftermarket retailers to be endorsed by the Better Business Bureau ("BBB") .  BBB files state that Nate's Wheels has a satisfactory record and has been responsive to any matters brought to its attention by the Bureau. 

OUR FACILITIES

We are located in Central Minnesota.  Our warehouse area occupies approximately 10,000 square feet with two levels of racking throughout the warehouse.  With this space, we are able to keep approximately 3,000 wheels and 2,000 tires in stock at a given time.  With this type of space and amount of inventory, there is a very good chance we have something that you will like and will fit your needs. We have provided some photos of our warehouse and showroom below.  Our showroom is not very large as most of our business is conducted online. The remainder of our business is local wholesale business.  We have no walk-in traffic in our facility.
