What is the NNFA?

From the NNFA (NPA) website: As the leading voice of the natural products industry, the Natural Products Association's mission is to advocate for the rights of consumers to have access to products that will maintain and improve their health, and for the rights of retailers and suppliers to sell these products.

The Natural Products Association GMP Certification Program is designed to verify compliance of member suppliers of dietary supplements with a standardized set of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) developed by the Natural Products Association. This program is based upon third party inspections of member suppliers and comprehensive audits of their GMP programs in the areas of Personnel, Plant and Grounds, Sanitation, Equipment, Quality Operations, Production and Process Controls, and Warehouse, Distribution, and Post-Distribution Practices. This program ensures that all elements of the manufacturing process are reviewed to provide reasonable assurance that processes are sufficiently controlled so that products meet their purported quality. Member suppliers that meet minimum Natural Products Association GMP standards and have received an "A" compliance rating after a Natural Products Association GMP audit will be entitled to apply for certification and use of the Natural Products Association GMP certification mark. The Natural Products Association certification and display of the GMP certification mark demonstrate to retailers, consumers and the public-at-large that products have been manufactured using good manufacturing practices and bring a means of self-assessment to the dietary supplement industry.

Each month of our 3 zone system includes: 10 Adam Pride Patches (1 for every 3 days), 2 cases of Adam Pride Pills (each case has 15 pills), and 1 pack of our Adam Pride Strips (24 strips per pack).  

This product information also constitutes a one month supply when sold separately.

Payment Policy:

Payments accepted:  Paypal, Bidpay, WU Wire, Money Order, Check, Cash, Bank Transfer (a non-refundable $20 fee will apply).

We do not accept: COD, Any sort of barter (i.e. no Gold Exchange), Foreign Currency (non- USD).

U.S./Canadian Shipping:  All orders are shipped very discreetly with absolutely no indication of the contents inside within 2 business days from the date of purchase.  Depending on the order size and destination the package may be sent in a small white box, a medium white box, a DVD bubble mailer, or an envelope.  Shipping is FOB shipping point with signature confirmation, depending on order amount.  For standard USPS mail please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to occur. USPS Priority mail should not take longer than 5 business days and USPS U.S. Continental Express mail should not take longer than 3 business days. 

International Shipping (Outside U.S. and Canada):  For guaranteed delivery and insured packages, shipping will be available for a flat $70 FedEx Express Guaranteed Delivery Fee (usually 1-3 business day delivery speed).  For a no-guarantee international shipment and no-insurance and no-tracking shipment, the fee is $15 for standard mail (14 business day delivery time), or $30 for Express mail (7 business day delivery time includes tracking but no insurance).  We are not responsible for any delays/customs problems/or lost packages.  If an international package is sent back to us because customs prohibits your item, we will refund your purchase price, minus the shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

REFUNDS:  May take up to 10 business days to process after the returned merchandise is received. 

90-day money back guarantee Please read this entire section. We have a o questions asked 90 day money back guarantee policy pertaining to our Adam Pride 3 Zone system only.  We do not have a guarantee policy for any purchase of our individual products (i.e. buying strips, pills, or patches alone), since they are designed to work together to achieve maximum results, but may work alone.

If you purchased the Adam Pride 3 Zone system, and would like to return the unused portion of your order within 90 days from the date of purchase, please contact us directly and inform us of your desire to do so.  Once your package is received, a refund is issued as follows:

Money Transfer: Those who paid with Paypal or Bidpay will get their refunds via the same source.  Payments received in cash/wire/money order/check/bank transfer will receive a cash or cash equivalent (i.e. check, or money order, bank wire) refund via mail.  No bank wire fees are refunded if applicable.

Deductions: Neither shipping fee is refunded.  Return shipments must be made with signature delivery to ensure we receive the package, if it is not, and we do not receive anything, we suggest you talk to your post office clerk, we cannot be responsible for any mistakes that occur in transit. PLEASE NOTE: The USPS does not consider simple confirmation delivery to be solid proof that the package arrived at its destination due to many glitches in it system, this is why all our packages are sent signature confirmed, which is solid proof the package made it.

Each returned shipment will have the following deducted from the original purchase price, and then the net amount will be refunded: A 10% restocking fee regardless of the amount returned (fees rounded to nearest whole number), $2.50 for each Adam Pride Patch used/missing/damaged, $12.50 for any pill case that has one or more pills missing from the case or if damage to the case is extensive (each case consist of 15 Adam Pride Pills, 2 cases per monthly supply), and $25 for any opened Adam Pride Strips case. 

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT***: Upon the previous deductions, we reserve the right to maintain that the used portion of your purchase is always going to be starting with the actual purchased amount, not any free monthly supplies that you may have received. See the examples below:

THE ENTIRE ORDER THAT YOU RECEIVED, LESS USED PRODUCTS, MUST BE RETURNED TO GET A FULL REFUND, THIS INCLUDES RETURNING ANY FREE MONTHLY SUPPLIES THAT MAY HAVE COME WITH YOUR ORDER.

*** FOR EXAMPLE, if you bought a 2 month supply of the 3 Zone System and got another month free (3 months total), for a price of $159.98 (not including shipping which is non-refundable), and tried it for a month and decided to return the other 2 months, your refund amount would be: $159.98(purchase price)-$16(10% restocking fee)-$25(one month of pills used)-$25(one pack of strips used)-$25(one month of patches used)=$68.98. If you used 2 months of this purchase, you will NOT receive a refund, since the remaining month is held to be the free month you received, and these are not refunded.

The 90 day expiration pertains to all purchases.

Another Example- If you bought 6 months of our 3 zone system and received another 6 months free (12 month total), and decided to return the order after 2 months and 12 days of use, your refund is calculated as follows:

$479.94(purchase price)-$48(restocking fee)-$62.5(2 months of pills used plus part of one case)-$25(1 package of strips opened)-$60(24 patches used)= $284.44.  If you decide to return after 90 days after the purchase date, or if your package is missing 6 months or more of our 3 zone system, no refund will be issued. 

Feedback Policy:

Under no scenario do we leave feedback first for a customer; feedback is left automatically for each customer who leaves a positive rating first.  This is done to ensure our outmost commitment to privacy in our sales and to help avoid any misunderstandings later. Each customer who wishes to have a positive review left on their profile regarding their transaction must first pt-into get this review by writing one themselves.  Only after a customer leaves a positive rating for us, our automatic system will leave feedback for that customer a few minutes later.  Under no circumstances will our review ever disclose any private information; we will not disclose what was purchased.  If you opt-in to write a review, we may use it for promotional purposes without disclosing any private information.

Contest Rules and Bonuses:

Periodically we host contests/raffles.  In order to claim the prize for any contest/raffle the customer must write a positive review indicating they have won the item in the contest/raffle and describe their overall experience with our products/company/customer service.  After the positive review is written, depending on the prize it may take 10 business days to arrive for customers in the U.S., or up to 20 business days for international customers.

All savings and bonuses are calculated using the one month price of each product and/or the retail price of each product.
