Terms & Conditions

All of our staff are advised to adopt a CAN DO attitude to our customers queries and or concerns.
So we hope to make this transaction your best one ever on eBay. We love repeat customers and by being courteous, fast, and selling products that stand up to their description we hope to achieve this.

PACKAGING, POSTAGE & HANDLING

We provide all postage and handling requirements for the winning bidder at cost and ensure all items are carefully packaged to arrive in good condition.
These costs can and do include: stamps, box/parcel/satchel, masking tape, styrofoam, bubble wrap, registered post (if applicable), sender labels, tape and the time to package the item and the delivery service to take it to the PO as well as bank clearing charges (paypal) etc. eBay clearly state in Their Terms & Conditions that handling fees may be charged by sellers.

If you do not agree with the postage and handling rate as advertised for any of our items please just do not bid or purchase our items

YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS

We post items out to registered eBay postal addresses ONLY! If you have changed addresses or have an alternative address you wish to use, please register it through your eBay personal preferences page. Having more than one registered postal address is allowed. This helps us in the event of a problem occuring with delivery of your item.

SHIPPING TIME – DELIVERY TIME

We attempt to ship your item asap (usually the same or next business day you payment is received) Transit times sadly vary a lot. The Postoffice can be very very fast and at times very very fast. Some items get to the UK, Europe, and Australia within 3 – 5 days. But sadly at times it can take up to 30+ days. This is usually due to the Customs Services in the receiving Country being overloaded by the work load. To the USA and Canada it can be much longer at times (they have very strict scanning proceedures).
Christmas is also a time when everyone is overworked. We will still send out at the same speed BUT the post office does slow down remarkably so please do not ask us for the location of the parcel, we really do not know. Some postal services delivered delayed by 2 months as the parcel that are stockpiled at the back only get sent on when the stockpile at the Postal center is cleared from the front. So in that case first come last sent. Once a mail bag had been stuck in the Sydney Mail center for 2 months a colleague told us. Aussie post was telling his customers – no stockpile but secretly admitting to him that yes there was a back log. 2 months later his parcels were finally delivered to some very unhappy customers. Luckily not all of them angry and kept emailing and threatening him – there are also some lovely and understanding customers out there. (each one of those he sent free gifts as a thank you for being nice people)

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONCE THE ITEM HAS LEFT OUR OFFICE AND UNTIL IT ARRIVES AT ITS DESTINATION WE DO NOT KNOW WHER IT IS EITHER. WE ARE RESPECTABLE SELLERS AND SEND ALL PARCELS.


We really try to make this as fast as possible but we rely on the PO to also do their part.
Please do not email us after a few days and ask us where the parcel is as we really do not know. EBay should have sent a message to you when the article was posted by us and that gives you the sending date. The arrival date is up to the PO – Sadly because if it was up to us you would have every parcel within 3 days. Still we hope to make this transaction your best one ever on eBay. We love repeat customers so by being curteous, fast, and selling products that stand up to their description we hope to achieve this.

MAKING PAYMENT

Payment is required within three (3) days of auction ending.
Payment methods accepted are Paypal.
If you have won an item and you are also bidding on another item which hasn't ended yet, as long as the end dates of the auctions are no more than seven (7) days apart,
Once your payment has cleared, we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours.

COMBINING

In general we do not combine items for cheaper shipping costs. The Thailand PO is weight based so it is almost the same for one large parcel or 10 small ones. If you have purchased over 20 items already please contact us and we may be able to take 1 dollar (50p UK) (75c EU) off the extra items IF we ship them together)

NON-PAYMENT OF ARTICLE

If you do not pay for your purchase within the period specified in Our terms and conditions, an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be launched through eBay and followed through accordingly.
If payment is still not received after the dispute has been open for 7 days, you will be awarded an unpaid item strike by eBay and be blocked from bidding on any future listings.

RETURNS or BREAKAGE

Yes we do accept returns but they must be returned in original packaging and in their original condition at the cost of the buyer.
Yes we do refund if you are not happy but you must pay for the postage both ways of the item. We will cover the eBay , Paypal, and listing company fees which are non refundable. We cannot be fairer than that.
100% Satisfaction guarantee – should the item carry this description in the ad we will cover all the purchase price and you only pay for the return in original packaging again the product must be in original condition upon arrival at our offices.
If the item arrives broken either do not accept delivery from the Post office OR bring it straight back to the Post office and lodge a Broken item Claim. (although we pack so good we have not had that problem as yet. J )

LEAVING FEEDBACK UPON COMPLETION OF A TRANSACTION

99% of the time, a problem can be fixed by simply emailing us with your issue and we will endeavour to sort it out A.S.A.P. Whether it may be relating to a delay in delivery, a damaged or broken item or a simple query about an item type or description - Email your queries through to us so we can get onto it for you A.S.A.P.
If you kindly leave positive feedback, it is greatly appreciated and ours will always be positive in return! A 5 star Detailed Seller Rating would also be appreciated. A 4 is just not good enough for us. For delivery time please consider the time it took us to post the item not the time the Post office took, that is really beyond our control. J

Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback if you haven't tried solving the problem with us first! If you leave negative or neutral feedback for us without contacting us first it is very unfair to us.
