What's in Serums
In the ongoing battle against againg, Serums, with their high concentration
of active ingredients are the best defense. They are not superficial applications,
but help the body regain its own natural abilities, thus healing from
the inside out.
Serums are more potent than conventional treatment creams or lotions,
which generally contain less than 10 percent, sometimes only 0.1% of active
ingredients to treat that skin condition. The major difference is that

Opening Sandalwood bottles: sealed with non-removable genuine-wax seals from the distiller. Making a hole or cutting the neck is easiest to open the bottle.
We are shipping essential oils in High density, non reactive plastic. Shipping in glass increases our S&H substantially and we ship in plastic in order to sell these high quality oils atvery reasonable prices. The essential oils are safe in them for an indefinite time, (abrasive oils like benzoin are not being shipped) but would have to be safeguarded from sunlight.
We carry two types of Natural Perfumes
1. High quality Oriental Natural Perfumes which were created once solely for the pleasure of Kings & Queens.
These are not essential oils, but are Attars, Itrs, Ittars, codistillations with Sandalwood essential oil, a unique process to capture the utmost fragrance of the aromatic flower or material, - the Oriental Natural Perfume captures more of the aromatic essence than possible for essential oils. Created through a labour intensive, time consuming, centuries-old traditional process
2. Superbly unique Natural Perfumes created with pure Essential Oils as defined by Aromatologists. They are created by rare & expensive, premium Absolutes & Essential oils. Only the highest quality Absolutes make a perfume in dilution -this is an easy check when you are buying Absolutes
Limited editions once finished, they are gone. These ship form the US.
They possess the Aromatherapy benefits of their ingredients.
They are in higher percentage than regular skin blends, use sparingly. Patch tests are always recommended for any item with essential oils.
The Natural Perfume which you are drawn to has the aromatherapy benefits your body/mind requires. Samplers are available to check which scent calls your name. Available in Oil base as well as EDPs.
Combined Shipping
We offer a combined shipping discount of $2 off on each extra item for items shipped together. If in doubt, simply wait till we send you the correct combined invoice. Our invoices are not automated so there could be a delay getting it if you buy in the middle of the night..
Refund Policy
1. Our Prices are very competitive for the excellent quality we supply. This is because our margins are very, very low. Some items are still bottled at the wholesaler to cut costs. But our Products are 100% sure and GUARANTEED TO BE WHAT THE DESCRIPTIONS SAY. All our buyers agree.
Fragrance oils are being sold as the real Mccoy but you'll know them when they show no therapeutic benefits. In general, if the price is low, so is the quality.
2.We sell only 100% pure Essential Oils and Absolutes. We stand by our products.
However, if you doubt any oil, we are always ready to check it out. In 1-2 cases, items have been shipped wrongly, and were refunded in full or replaced. Your satisfaction is guaranteed
3. Any item which arrives leaky after all our precautions will be refunded upto 10% - more than that, you would have to send the item to our Texas Office for a full Refund or Replacement based on our discretion. Refunds or Replacements will be processed only after the item is checked out. This applies to all conditions
We have had no case of outright returns, but if so, we would need to charge a 20% restocking fee. S&H will not be part of the refund unless you have no problem shipping it back to India.... :)
4. Postal delivery time is out of our control. Other than the Natural Perfumes with EOS which are shipped from the US, most other items ship from India. General postal delivery estimate is 2-4 weeks worldwide.
Most cases, they reach within 10 days, but in 3-4 cases, upto 4-5 weeks has occurred. Please be aware of this before buying Items will not be lost as our S&H costs include International Registered Mail.
Sometimes delays may be caused if shipment is damaged but we try to take all precautions to prevent that.
