PAYMENT TERMS:
We NORMALLY send invoices within 24 hours of auction closing (Monday - Friday). We are closed on weekends.
Payment is due within 5 business days of close of auction. Please contact us before bidding if special consideration is needed. You have a 7-10 day inspection period and may return the item for exchange or refund if not happy. Due to a high volume of sales, we try to ship items within 5 business days of receipt of payment unless specially noted in the auction. We leave feedback on the day payment is received (Monday through Friday). If there is a problem with your order, we would appreciate it if you would work with us first to resolve the matter amicably before leaving negative feedback for us. Your good will is incredibly important to us.

We do not accept bank or wire transfers for bids less than $500. Bidder is responsible for any fees associated with our receipt of the funds, for example, bank transfers cost an additional $35 since that is the fee our bank charges us to receive the funds.
Spam Filters: If you bid or send us an inquiry, please be sure to remove our email address from your spam filter since you won't receive a reply or an invoice if they get caught in the filter.

US CUSTOMERS:
We ship via the following methods: UPS, Priority, Parcel Post and Media Mail. If you don't see the option you want please let us know.
In the event that an item up for auction would ship in a container considered either a "large package" or an "oversize package," shipping and handling on these items will be more expensive because of the size and we will need to add a special handling fee to cover labor and materials. This fee will be determined on an individual basis and quoted for confirmation.
Important: For special shipping requests, please contact us before bidding as we cannot be responsible for accommodating special requests we receive after bids are placed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please contact us for shipping quotes BEFORE placing your bid. Our prices are based on estimated shipping weight and destination. A handling fee is also estimated in the price due to the amount of paperwork, time and materials.
For international delivery, we use the following shipping methods: Most items shipped are United States Postal Service Airmail. Heavier items may be sent surface. WE determine shipping costs. Estimated delivery time to international addresses is 2-6 weeks.
FRANCE AND BELGIUM: DUE TO NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WE NOW SHIP VIA INSURED MAIL OR REGISTERED MAIL NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE ITEM IS. SHIPPING COSTS START AT $14.00. IF YOU DECLINE INSURANCE, WE REQUIRE AN EMAIL STATING THAT YOU DECLINE INSURANCE AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ONCE WE MAIL THE ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS FOR UNINSURED ITEMS TO FRANCE AND BELGIUM WILL BE LESS.

Delivery Confirmation:
We automatically include delivery confirmation on all packages delivered in the US through the US Postal Service. UPS automatically includes a tracking number. We do not make the international version of this service, Recorded Delivery, available due to various restrictions imposed by the US Postal Service. Our international customers that desire tracking should request a shipping quote for either Air or Economy Surface Parcel Post since insurance is the only form of tracking we offer on international deliveries. Please inquire with us for those services. Please note that even though Global Priority has a serial number on the envelope, it does not count as tracking (as we have discovered through repeated conversations with the US Postal Service).

Insurance:
We encourage bidder's to request insurance on all items as we cannot be responsible for the item or for refunds due to damage or loss in shipping once the item has left our warehouse. Insurance is available based on the final value of the item at close of auction. If desired, please inquire in advance so we can recalculate the shipping and handling charge. UPS automatically insures the first $100 of a package. Additional insurance for UPS delivery is available and costs extra. Insurance is available for most domestic US shipments, rates determined at close of auction based on final value. Please note that insurance on international deliveries is only available with parcel post shipping options, not with letter post or Global Priority.
We reserve the right to require insurance on any delivery. For our international customers, this means that parcel post delivery is also required since that is the only method of international shipping that may be insured by the US Postal Service.

Estimated Delivery Times:
We generally process payments and prepare items for shipping within 24 hours of payment. Most items typically ship (leave our warehouse) within 5 business days of payment. Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail items do receive special priority to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times are just that. Occasionally delivery times run longer. Should your package not be received by the outside estimated date, please contact us and we will be happy to provide whatever tracking information we have available. The estimates below are not those of the US Postal Service, but compiled from a number of major companies who use them as guidelines based on years of experience.
US Domestic Shipping:
