We have been selling on eBay for a few years now and have seen many changes in eBay, PayPal and the people using both. Our selling process is a simple one. We list new items each Wednesday and all our auctions end on Monday afternoons. When winners of multiple auctions combine their payments, we like to return the favor by combining shipping costs to save us both $$. At the auctions' end, we personally send each buyer a winning bidder notification email with payment instructions and include shipping discounts, when possible.
In this age of internet fraud, there can be many unscrupulous buyers and sellers out there. For this reason, we no longer ship items paid with Paypal to an unconfirmed address. It should be of some assurance to our buyers that we want to make sure that we are shipping our product to the actual owner of the Paypal account (the person who's paying for it). We understand that not everyone wants to have their personal information confirmed online, so we do have other options available, which are listed in the auction details as well as again in the email we send out at auctions' end. In most cases, we leave our buyers positive feedback and ship the items the same day that payments are received. When a buyer receives feedback from NCNETMAN, he or she can be sure the merchandise is on its way!
We have many items that are too large or specialized for eBay. We have been trying to get all of them on the website but we seem to keep finding new things faster than we can add them to the pages.
