via phone or email. In case the item must be returned for repair, you
MUST obtain an RMA # and return instructions from us before returning

and if found defective, repair will be attempted. If repair is not possible,
a replacement will be shipped. Units returned and found not to be defective
will be returned at customer's expense. Extended care warranty is available
to cover shipping costs for items returned for repair.
