INTRODUCTION
A warm welcome to you. My name is Stephanie. I am an honest and conscientious Seller. I try my best to describe my items as accurately as possible. I believe that if most Buyers were to become Sellers, they may choose the same policies as I have listed below.

POLICIES
I am trying to be as fair as possible to both of us. So there are no surprises, please take a moment to read my policies as follows:
QUESTIONS
Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
PAYMENT
I only accept payment in U.S. dollars, via PAYPAL. I do not accept personal checks or money orders sent to me directly. Once an auction has been completed, it is your item. No bid retractions are accepted.
SHIPPING
I only charge the REAL shipping amount. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases for you, since I am always pleased to save my customers some money. I will only ship to CONFIRMED addresses. I will NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. If for any reason you have paid more shipping than the actual cost, I will return the excess money to you since as a buyer, I am very displeased when Seller's make money on shipping costs.
SHIPPING METHODS and DESTINATIONS
I will ship within Canada and to the United States of America. You will receive all tracking numbers without your having to ask, and you will be notified when your item(s) have been shipped. I am not responsible for loss unless you have shipped via a method in which I receive confirmation of your receipt of the item(s).
BIDDERS
I reserve the right to remove bids from bidders with negative feedback or non-payment strikes registered against them, if I so choose. In otherwords, I am not obligate to accept your bid by my decision.
AUCTION END
To highest bidders of my auctions: Within 3 days of the end of the auction, please send me your contact information, and I will send you an invoice via PayPal. I need to know where you are located in order to get a shipping total. Please allow me an opportunity to go to my Post Office and obtain a shipping total. Within 7 days of the end of the auction, if you have not paid me, I will relist my items and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed, resulting in a non-paying bidder strike. I will not ship any items until I have been paid for them.
RETURNS
I accept returns and exchanges only if an item is grossly misrepresented. I do not refund shipping, and I will deduct relisting fees from you refund, for the item(s). No refunds or exchanges after seven days from the date of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs and items are to be returned via the same shipping method by which you received the item(s). Once I receive the item(s) back, then you will be issued your refund or exchange. At the present time, I do not charge a restocking fee.
REQUEST OF BUYERS
Please let me know when your item(s) arrive(s).
FEEDBACK
Please contact me and give me an opportunity to resolve anything that you are not happy about. I am an honest and conscientious Seller and I try my very best. Please leave me feedback and once you do so, I will oblige you in the same manner.
