CUSTOMER SUPPORT QUESTIONS


Why haven't I received any emails from you?
We send automated emails as your order progresses starting with the Winning Buyer email which comes within 60 minutes of your purchase. If you are not getting these, you may find them in your "junk" folder or your email spam settings may be screening them out. If you think this is happening, send an email to help@nerdzit.com .

How long does it take for us to respond?
Under normal circumstances, we try to empty out our email box each day. During peak times like the holidays there may be a delay in responding (up to a few days at times) but we always try to respond as fast as possible.

Where is your Business located?
We are based in the USA.


 

Return Polices

How do you handle refunds?
For situations in which a refund is in order, we will send the refund amount to your PayPal account.

Can I return my product?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund of the product price within 10 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS). Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories. Open software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Do you combine shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not at the moment.

Can I pick my item up personally?
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate local pickups.

How long before my order ships?
Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Business days don't include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Sometimes an order gets caught while we are re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, it can take another 2-14 days.

Why hasn't my item been shipped yet?
Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 10 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.

Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes, tracking is included with all shipments.

 

What if my order is not complete when it arrives?
Check the packing slip to make sure the items weren't sent in multiple shipments. If they weren't, contact us at help@nerdzit.com and we we'll take care of it.




PAYMENT & ORDER QUESTIONS

What types of payments do you accept?
We only accept Paypal at the moment.

What is your checkout procedure?
After winning the auction, an email with the checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. We currently only except the following payment methods: PayPal. Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.
