I have been selling and using eBay for the past 7 years, and during that time have met a lot of really nice people. We have an excellent community on here some of them are even my neighbors. My goal is to provide an eBay experience that I would hope to get purchasing from another seller, unfortunately not all sellers can be trusted and like many I have personally been scammed by a few which is why all buyers are welcome to my home. Rest assured when purchasing from me you have a real person on the other side of your computer, while we may never meet in person I hope that you would feel free to visit me anytime and feel comfortable emailing with any questions or concerns.
Regarding shipping insurance and return policy:
I do not accept returns for one reason only. For every bad seller there is a bad buyer, which is why all buyers are sent a USPS tracking number and all sales are insured. This protects me against fraudulent buyers as well as protects your investment on its way to you. Unfortunately accidents do happen and a few packages are treated like basketballs by the post office and things get broken. First of all I never would send a package without making sure it is properly packed and in the condition described in the auction, second if a package did arrive damaged, refunds would be given through the post office and need to be taken care of by the buyer. If you have the package I have no way of taking it in and claiming it myself and there is no sense in wasting your money to ship it back to me. The best thing you can do to protect yourself is upon receiving damaged boxes do not allow your post man to leave. I have many times asked mine to wait a moment so I can unwrap my item and ensure it is okay, that way if it is broken they see me open the box and can verify its condition on arrival.
Feedback: you will notice I have not received one negative or neutral feedback, if buyers have a problem let me work with you to try to solve the problem, once you have left negative feedback few sellers will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you are in anyway unsatisfied please let me know so I can make sure I do not make the mistake again, simply leaving bad feedback without telling me why helps no one.
