And I like selling things that still have lots of life and value left in them even though I might be done using them. In September of 2004 we opened our first retail eBay "drop off" store in Gurnee, IL. We now have the space, the tools, the experience, and the reputation to sell items of value for our customers. We will describe them accurately and picture them fairly. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we will apply our best effort to come to a satisfactory resolution. In the event that a buyer wants to return an item, we will gladly refund the purchase price when the item is returned, but the item must be returned in the condition it was sold in within ten days of the shipments arrival. Any exception to this "no questions" guarantee will be clearly explained in the item listing (and will probably have something to do with licensed software on machine readable media.)
