Unless otherwise stated, we provide a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt to review it for any defect or deficiency. We personally test and guarantee every item we sell. If your item arrives and does not work we will replace it or refund your money, including shipping costs.

When you receive your order, please inspect all packages for items such as remotes, manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the shipping carton, and its packing material in the unlikely event that you will need it for a return shipment. If you require any additional assistance with setup, find that a part may be missing, or if the unit is not operating as you expected, please contact us at admin@networkinggear.net and provide a brief explanation of the issue.

Shipping, Tax and Payment Information:

FedEx/UPS Ground (Includes Shipping/Handling and Insurance) to anywhere in the continental US. Payment is expected within five days of close of auction. Please allow one day after payment is received for order processing and shipping.
