Cancellations
If you pay and then cancel an order before we box it for shipping there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Canceling orders and straitening out the resulting accounting messes and composing email correspondences,causes work for us and we don't work for free.
If you pay and we prep your item for shipping and you cancel, then the ( more pricey) 25% restocking fee will apply instead of the $25.00 cancellation fee.

U.S.A Shipping:
Items paid for on the previous business day by 3pm PDT will be shipped by UPS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So since we can't ship every day, choosing 2nd or 3rd day shipping may not necessarily result you in you getting your item in 2 or 3 days. We will ship when we say and will do our part. The 2nd or 3rd day shipping is referring to after the carrier receives it from us. The 2nd or 3rd day shipping does not include the time from when you pay to when we take your package to the carrier.
International Shipping:
For items paid for on the previous business day by 3pm PDT, will be shipped by USPS on Tuesday and Friday. The Buyers Fees, duty, taxes "if any", that International governments impose them are the buyers responsibly to pay.Keep this in mind when choosing shipping. Changes to shipping schedule will be posted on this page.Buyer to pay any fees, duty, taxes that their governments impose.
Our Returns Policy:
Attn: Software customers: It is your responsibility to verify
product compatability with your system before your

If a disk is defective it will be replaced but no refund will be issued.

Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Do not open the wrong product , as opened products are not returnable.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. Also before returning an item you must email us at digitaldaydreams@gmail.com to get an RMA #.
