Metal Shop Music's Web Sales Policies We offer both standard credit card processing for Visa, MasterCard, AmEX, and Discover as well as Paypal, but we will accept check or money order. We will only complete and ship Paypal and credit card paid transactions that are accompanied by confirmed addresses. Items paid by check or money order will be held until bank clears payment. Certain money order types are also held by various banks until payment is posted. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt and refunds will be issued minus any shipping charges. Insurance is optional on all items, however, when insurance is declined, the seller is not reponsible for loss or damage.
