Q & A with A & M: Q. How do you ship your items?
A. We ship all our items via UPS Ground Service. Once you have won an item you can contact us for faster shipping times and rates.
Q. How do you package your items?
A. We package all our items to the highest standards. We package our items twice as secure as UPS requires with a variety of Foam, Peanuts, and Bubble Wrap. Shipping large TV’s can be risky due to their fragile nature. We take it upon ourselves to make sure that each TV (32” and above) is not only wrapped with approximately 3” of foam and 3”-6” thick heavy duty corner guard Styrofoam but also surrounded with a 1” thick wood planked “rib cage” which prevents damages from extreme pressure. Damages to large TV’s usually occur from double and triple stacked deliveries which apply extreme amounts of pressure on the screens which eventually crack.
Q. When do I have to pay?
A. We ask that you pay immediately so that we can ship out your item immediately. The quicker you receive your item the happier we are! If you cannot afford to pay for the item immediately, please contact us and let us know. We will be then happy to
accommodate your needs however, we only allow up to 7 days from the purchase date to pay for the item in full.
Q. Do you have a Lay-Away Plan?
A. YES! We have a 30 day Lay-Away Plan which only costs 5% of the total purchase price. We at A&M Products know how difficult it is to pay for an expensive item in full especially on a bi-weekly or monthly paycheck. If you would like to put your item on hold we ask for 50% down immediately and the rest within 30 days. IMPORTANT! If you cancel the order your fall under our Unsatisfied Returns or Cancellations Policy so please review it. In order to qualify you need to contact us before winning the auction to verify that this specific item is available for our Lay-Away Plan. Thanks.
Q. Does the item come with a warranty?
A. Most of our items do come with a manufacture warranty however we do not guarantee this. In addition, it is too difficult for us to check each items serial number to verify if it does. The only thing we can guarantee is purchasing a warranty online through Squaretrade.com. Their link is on all our pages and we highly recommend them. We do apologize for not being able to furnish a definite answer on whether the item is still under manufacture warranty.
